For prompt communication with a bank employee regarding repo transactions

If your account has been blocked, you should contact RwS bank to clarify the circumstances. We carefully monitor payment card transactions to prevent illegal or suspicious transactions. If any irregularities are detected, the bank may block the accounts.

According to the Memorandum on Ensuring Transparency of the Payment Services Market developed by the NABU, the AUB and supported by the NBU, all Ukrainian banks, including RwS bank, have set limits on transfers using IBAN and P2P details. In particular, the following limits apply:

For “high” risk clients - up to UAH 50 thousand per month;

For ‘medium’ and “low” risk clients:

- up to UAH 150 thousand per month;

- up to UAH 100 thousand per month from 01.06.2025.

The limit for transfers using IBAN details can be increased without any limitations on the amount (subject to documentary evidence of the source of funds). To do this, please contact the Contact Center at (044) 590-00-00 or a bank branch to clarify the conditions and conduct verification.
