If you lose your PIN
You can change your PIN code in the mobile application «RwS online» or in a bank branch.

 

In case of receiving phone calls on behalf of the Bank / draws and lotteries / law enforcement agencies / charitable foundations, which require the provision of card details (PIN-code, CVV / CVC-code, expiration date, name on the card, secret code from SMS)

In case of loss of the card
