Information for DGF depositors

During the period of martial law in Ukraine and three months from the date of its termination or cancellation, the Deposit Guarantee Fund reimburses each depositor of the bank in the full amount of the deposit, including interest accrued as of the end of the day preceding the day of the start of the procedure for withdrawing the bank from the market, except in cases, provided for in the fourth part of Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine «On the System of Guaranteeing Deposits of Individuals». After the end of the three-month period from the date of cancellation or termination of martial law, the maximum amount of refund to depositors for all deposits in one bank will be at least UAH 600,000, regardless of the number of deposits in the bank.

 

Among other things, the owners now have the opportunity to receive guaranteed compensation payments through the Diia app.

 

Reimbursement of funds to the depositor for a deposit in foreign currency is carried out in the national currency of Ukraine after the transfer of the amount of the deposit at the official hryvnia to foreign currency exchange rate established by the National Bank of Ukraine at the end of the day preceding the day the Fund begins to withdraw the bank from the market.
