«RwS bank» provides loans to businesses under the state program «Available loans 5-7-9%». The program was created on the initiative of the President of Ukraine and is implemented through the Entrepreneurship Development Fund. Create new jobs and pay less on a loan

Own contribution:

for existing business – not less than 20%

Who can participate in the program:

legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (residents of Ukraine) – subjects of micro-entrepreneurship and small entrepreneurship (MSE)
participants and the ultimate beneficial owner (controller) is an individual resident of Ukraine
the amount of annual income from the activities of MSEs and related parties does not exceed 10 million euros
doing business is profitable for at least one of the last two reporting years
for «start-up» – availability of a sound business plan for the implementation of an investment project and experience in doing business
the total amount of government support received by the borrower during any three-year period of the program implementation cannot exceed the equivalent of 200 thousand euros

Security requirements:

the loan is secured by a pledge of equipment purchased using credit funds (execution of a pledge agreement without notarization)
the market value of the equipment is determined on the basis of the value indicated in the invoice (sale and purchase agreement)
for individual entrepreneurs, a surety of spouses is provided
for legal entities, a surety of the founder or the ultimate beneficial owner / owners with the largest share in the authorized capital of the borrower is provided

For a business with an annual income of more than UAH 50 million

Provided that at least 2 new employees are hired during the 1st quarter and jobs are retained at the level of at least the reporting (previous) quarter

The creation of new jobs is optional.

The interest rate is reduced by 0.5% for each new job, but not less than 5% per annum

* The 5% loan rate is not available immediately when the loan is issued, only after the analysis of the first quarter and the creation of at least two new jobs
