Servicing loans from non-residents
«RwS bank» invites to use loans services received by residents-borrowers from non-residents.
Тariffs:
- verification of documents and provision of written consent for loan servicing (for one loan agreement) — UAH 1 000;
- verification of documents and provision of written consent to service the loan with changes to the terms of the loan agreement (for one loan agreement) — UAH 1 000;
- servicing a loan from a non-resident (for one loan agreement, monthly until the end of the loan agreement) — UAH 500.
According to the current legislation of Ukraine, loans in foreign currency, including returnable financial assistance in foreign currency from non-residents, can be received by residents (legal entities, individuals) to use them for their intended purpose, determined by the agreement. Loans are received only in non-cash form.
